Welcome. The site is chronologically arranged by year and then place. "The route" button will open an active map. "The boat" button will open a detailed description of Gilana. The "More" button will open the FAQ's and further info. Be sure to visit the "Highlights" page where we have some of our favourite pictures. The descriptions at the top of most pages were written by our daughter Liz who was 10 years old when we started our adventure.
